CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

After 24 hours, cancellations cannot be accepted, as items may already be under processing or in production.

Once your cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to your original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

RETURNS POLICY
At shopsportiff.com, every product goes through a strict quality and packing check before dispatch.
We currently do not offer returns or refunds on products delivered in perfect condition as per your order.
However, we do offer exchanges under the following conditions:

The exchange request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Exchanges are available only for size issues or manufacturing defects.

To raise an exchange:

Once approved, our team will share return pickup or courier instructions.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Items sent back without prior confirmation will not be accepted.

SALE PERIOD EXCHANGE
During exclusive sale periods (e.g., Diwali Sale, or other promotional events):
