Return & Exchange Policy
Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be requested within 10 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Products must be in their original packaging with all tags intact. Items missing tags will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Usage: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in resalable condition for hygiene and quality assurance.
Exceptions: Sale items are not eligible for refunds but may be exchanged or returned for store credit.
Return/Exchange Process
Log In: Sign in with your account credentials.
Order History: Navigate to your Order History.
Select Item: Choose the product you’d like to return or exchange. The options to “Return” or “Exchange” will appear once the order has been successfully delivered.
Choose Action: Select either “Return” or “Exchange” based on your preference.
Exchange Options: If you opt for an exchange, you can choose from available alternatives. Any price difference will be automatically calculated.
Review &
Approval: After submitting your return/exchange request, it will be reviewed. You’ll receive an email notification with the status and next steps.
